As a newly formed department, we needed someone to facilitate a team workshop that would deliver great understanding about individual motivations and strengths, help to build confidence and also be very practical and focussed on outcomes. Grahame and David really nailed this brief. Carried out in two distinct parts, the session they delivered was thought-provoking, inspiring and action oriented. We came away with a range of tangible actions and my team were much more unified, energised and motivated as a result. In all my years in fundraising, this was the best team workshop I’ve even been part of.
