"Grahame’s support has been fantastic, we were part way through developing our Engagement Strategy, needing more capacity at the right level, and partnered with Grahame to model the different fundraising tactics and budgets at length, based on the opportunities identified in our fundraising audit. And then support in taking this further in the finalising of the Engagement Strategy, to crucially secure investment for sign off. He has also delivered a number of other projects, around benchmarking, developing KPIs, and establishing our resourcing and staffing requirements to deliver on the opportunities identified.
