"Grahame and his colleague Jo worked on a supporter insight project for us delivering learning about our key supporter segments. Using a survey approach and overlaying analysis, they were able to confirm that our warm supporter segmentation was valid. Grahame then worked with the fundraising team to translate the findings of the insight work into some tangible actions, so that we can build on our successful supporter engagement programme. Grahame ran a great workshop and was flexible in his approach".
